Can anyone remember him from "back then"?
I've been getting emails about this recently, and my interest is piquéd.

Do any of you experts know of anyone who remembers Barry Obama from school days or earlier?

Since I was born in NC, went to school in NC and NY, and could be his mother, no, I don't remember being in school with him at Punahou.

Odd you should mention this as a lot of folks who attended the same colleges and schools don't remember him either. Wonder why?

Could it be that he never attended any of the schools he was supposed to have attended? Oh, gee, that would be too easy an answer.

I have posted this a number of times already... but in case there is someone who has not seen it before :

I have looked at the issue closely and have determined that even if his birth certificate is a fraud ,he is still by US code definition a "natural born citizen' and eligible for the Presidency.

Title 8 of the U.S. CodeSec 1401 defines the following as people who are "citizens of the United States at birth":
Anyone born inside the United States
Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person's status as a citizen of the tribe
Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.
Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national
Any one born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year
Any one found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21
Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time)
A final, historical condition: a person born before 5/24/1934 of an alien father and a U.S. citizen mother who has lived in the U.S.

US CODE: Title 8,1401. Nationals and citizens of United States at birth
As you see;even if he was born in Kenya or Indonesia or any other country the birther's claim;as long as his mom was a US citizen ,that made him a 'natural born' citizen.

Yes I would like to see some of his college thesis' or anything he published during his time as the editor of the Harvard Law review. But ;the only reason the birther's bring this up is the delegitimize his claim to the Presidency . Lets deal with stopping his agenda instead .

But isn't this the way Politics works? Not actually stopping agendas and doing what is right for the people. But instead just ripping someone down and hoping you have done enough damage until the next election comes.

On a better note CC Vs. Halladay today at 1:00pm!!
