    Took 8 tabs 0f 10/325mg eight days ago then had a drug test. Will it show up on the drug test Positive? Thanks

    I find that Hydrocodone has a 1/2 life of 3.3-4.4 hours: this means it takes that long for 1/2 of the drug in your blood to leave your body. A few days is the best estimate - you are talking about eight days ago, right?
