Hello,
I noticed my goldfish's eyes were becoming cloudy, both on the inside and filmy on the outside. I did a 50% water change and treated the tank with Melafix. I also got a fresh carbon filter. Every day I've done a 20% water change and treated with Melafix and a tablespoon of aquarium salt (10gallon tank). He's showing little sign of improvement save for minimal clearing of his eyes and has been bottom-sitting for the past 3 days. His breathing seems to be labored. He will move every once in a while from one spot to another. He shows no interest in coming to the surface to eat so I've been hand feeding him (he will eat then).
Please help! I would hate to lose such a sweet fish.
