Some more information would be helpful. What do you mean in terms of "digitally recording" your appointment? Do you plan on audio or video taping your appointment? Or are you saying that your employer is keeping records on a computer regarding your doctor's appointment(s)?

Why not use a pen and paper and just take notes instead? Your doctor may not feel being reocrded at your appointment would benefit him.

Are you looking to sue your doctor? Is that why you need the visit recorded?
