My daughter is in a somewhat forced 3 party lease she moved in with 2 people on maye picked someone to take over the lease she was to;d sign and live with new person or you pay the rent he would be. She couldn't afford that so signed. He is unsafe 15 years older than her mentally ill we found domestic violence and restraining orders in background and to top it off he is growing marijauna all over the house (no pot card either) except for her room. She can't even go there. We want her out for her safety and health etc. ANyway out need answer ASAP.

Just get her out of there and deal with the consequences after ! If that place is discovered and raided for marijuana activity, she will be in more trouble then just the lease mess.

By illegally growing pot, the roommate broke the lease. Your daughter just needs to respond to the situation by moving immediately, and sending a certified letter to the roommates telling them WHY she's leaving.

That'll cover her WITHOUT having to snitch on her roomies.
