The bugs I can't see but can't sleep cause of the picky feeling its like a pick on my face then on leg or shoulder

I can't see any bugs but can't sleep something is picking me in bed on different parts of my body,on my sofa in my car any furnture on walls

The first thing that I would suggest doing, is to go to a doctor to rule out any physical thing that might be happening.
