Error code 14 is displaying. When I turn off power and turn it back on the furnace ignites, all burners light and furnace heats until thermostate desired temperature is reached. I cleaned the flame senser with steel wool. The furnace works okay for a time or two again then repeats the error code 14 again and will not run, until I turn off and on the electricity. Is it the flame senser?

My carrier furnace model 58sta090-14 serires 100 series blower moter runs all the time so check to see what the cause could be so I check the pressure switch it's OK, the limit switch is OK, the thermostat is OK and the rollout switches all check out find so I if it can be the control board that's bad and if so how do I check it to find out. NEED SOME HELP THANKS
