Low cold water pressure after plumbing repair?
Hello! My water line was shut off for a repair. Now that the water is back on, the cold water pressure in the upstairs bathroom has dropped. The hot water pressure upstairs is fine, and the cold water pressure on the main floor and the basement is fine. How do I troubleshoot this? Could something be stuck in the pipe upstairs? If so, is there a way to flush it out?

Can you tell us the brand and the model number of your faucet?

Hi John, it's a Delta faucet. It looks like model number 2583-LHP.

Seems like you have debris in cold side, here is what you need to do, close the angle valves under the sink, remove the cold side bonnet nut, remove the stem unit p/n RP24096 and seat/spring p/n RP4993 see the Image below, open the cold angle valve for a second to flush out any debris out of the faucet, reassemble and check if it is fixed, good luck.

Thank you! I am completely new at this... do I take the handle off by pulling it upwards?
