I am looking for the name of a cartoon movie that was made back in the 80s or 90s about a brother and sister playing in the attic and finding a truck with a map and an explorer's hat and then they are transported to a world with talking animals. I remember that there was a Monkey, and a St. Bernard that carried Hot Cocoa around his neck.
