Ok.. How do me and my ex wife get the child support dropped we have came to a decision that its nolonger needed.. Beings I give them whatever is needed.

You need to go to the judge and have you ex wife attest to you giving them monthly income in whatever form that provides or helps provide for you children. You wife is going to have to drop the child support off you.

YOu can file a motoin, but child support is state ordered, and required, so don't expect it to happen.

If you are giving the child what they need, just apply that to the child support.
