I have a small construction and transport company, when ever I have to bid for a tender they want my company profile so I would like to know hoe to put together the most attractive company profile, can any one help me with a Dummies guide on how to. Perhaps a Table of Contents to make things easier. Please help

I'm sure that you know more about your company than anyone else does here. My suggestion would be for you to start a draft of your company pofile here. If you do that without puttin any contact information in it, I'm sure that there will be those of us willing to come along and suggest to you ways that you might make improvements to it.
