For the past week I have had tender sore and looks like swolen nipples and bright blue veins leading from my chest to onto my areolas and the bumps have become more pronounced on my areolas! Also I have had weird feelings in my lower stomach but not cramps and I was on the 2nd day late for my period when I started light bleeding. I am confused to if it is just my period or if I am pregnant!?

Hun, there is no way we can tell via the internet. Pregnancy symptoms and premenstrual symptoms can be exactly the same. The only way you will know for sure is to take a pregnancy test.
