No creeper, its not cool. Here's a good rule of thumb: if you're 18 or older stay away from minors. Different states have different laws but 15 and 18 is not going to be all right and you should not even be trying, that's kind of sick.

There are no laws about dating, but it would probably be illegal for you to have any sexual activity.

But at 18 you are an adult and a minor is a bit young for you.

I have to agree with Scott. While she is almost 16, that she is currently 15. Depending on your culture and belief system, many 18 year olds end up having sex. In this case it would be illegal depending on your location.
