If this is 3rd degree burglary then it depends on if you have any priors or not, maximum 1 year in jail, 10,000 dollar fine I think.

If its your first offense you'll probably get 30 days jail or house arrest. I got 10 days jail and 20 days house arrest, small fine plus restitution. I am on probation for five years though. Good luck
