I want to get custody of me daughter. I am a father.
I am a full time cop. I own a home. I am remarried to a full time social worker. The ex is moving from place to place all the time. My daughter is pulled out of one school to the next almost every year. My ex works part time but lives off the child support she gets form me and 3 other men she has kids with . She lives with her cousin, I think she pays rent. In that home is the ex, my daughter, her other 3 kids, her cousin, her cousins husband and there 2 kids. I want to give my daughter a good life and wonder what kind of chance I have to get custody of her. She is 8 years old in MN. O you the ex has also been turned in to social services by her own family a few times for mis. Stuff. When I call many times she will not answer so I can talk to her and well she plays games like that.

You need to get into court and file. As a cop you know accusations are nothing without solid evidence. So if your going to make accusations in court make sure you can back them up. Do you already have some kind of visitation set up?

Yes for the last 5 years I get my daughter one weekend a month and 3 full months in the summer. I just want that switch to I get my daughter during the school year, to get her the help she needs, and she can see her in the summer.

Id say go for it. Get into court and ask. And be prepared with a plan. If you can use a lawyer and go in loaded for bear. She sounds very inconsistent and stability is very important for a child at that age.
