Michigan, writing a response to court summons
I'm Epeleptic and years ago was sent to the ER and underwent MRI and CAT scans that I didn't ask for. Now I'm being sued and have 28 days from today to resolve the issue. I have talked with the Roseville court and she has asked that I send in a letter explaining my side of the issue.

As this is medical, is there anything else I should include except for my responses? I don't have a lawyer and can't afford it. I'm Minimum wage at 10-15 hours a week. I pay $110 a month in Comcast, and $200 a month in rent.

What is your legal defense to the charges? Inability to pay (which appears to be part of what you are saying) is not a legal defense.

Write the letter and explain that the tests were done without your written consent; therefore, you don't believe you are responsible.
