What is the benefit of using a more expensive recessed light from say Juno vs Halo
Is there really a benefit to using the more expensive recessed lights like Juno or Lightolier vs. Nora or halo?

Better quality, so longer performance, possibly more choices of trims, things of that nature.

As far as quality and performance, could something go wrong with the housing of the less expensive brands? Sorry for my ignorance, but What do you mean by performance?

Best I can offer is for you to look at each housing and trim, see the differences in quality of construction of each, ease of installation, variety of trims, quality of trims and light control each has.

My opinion is that Lightolier is the best, and that Juno is in the same range as Halo, etc.
