Every time when I am downloading while listen to music or watching video .
    Hi Everyone,

Every time when I am downloading files while listen to music or watching video the sounds from my speakers sounds like robotic and lagging. I thought my laptop speakers had problem so I plugged in earphone and it still have this problem. However when I don't download anything else and listen to music or movies it doesn't have this problem.

    Model: Gateway NV52 Notebook Series
    Operating System: Window 7(32-Bit)

Anybody can help me with this problem?

    Thank you

Sounds like one of two problems:

1.) Your codecs are screwed up.

Solution: Try uninstalling the audio drivers and reinstalling them or rolling them back. Even installing 3rd party codecs like K-Lite may solve the problem.

    2.) Your performance is low.

Other symptoms would include slowness in general, long waits on boot up and/or opening programs. Often times of no response or freezing up. This can be caused by many things, usually too many things at startup or a virus.

Try reinstalling the drivers and post back.

If you are streaming your music and downloading a file you may be running out of buffer. If this is the case many audio players allow you to increase the buffer size.

Whoops, missed that part about the downloading. Yeah, definitely could be the buffer problem if it only occurs during a download.
