Can I go after bank account for small claim
I recently won a small claim but the defendant has not paid. Is a small amount of about $350. Can I go after their bank account? Lien on the house? Other options?

Yes. You can do that and other things as well. Ask the clerk of court if they have materials explaining execution procedures.

JudyKayTee is the person to ask, then. Do you mean what I would refer to as a judgment debtor examination?

No referral. Looking for a form for NYS that has judgement questions about what they own, bank accounts, income, etc. I have seen one for NJ but not NYS

Why not copy the New Jersey form, and put your case heading on it?
