Breaking verbal lease agreement in Florida
I have power of attorney for my ex husband who is in a coma right now. He had a woman move in with him in the house to help pay for the mtg. He does not have a written lease with her. By her own admission she rents month to month. I`m not sure if she really paid rent at all. Then she had a friend also move into the house. This person has no verbal/witten or other agreement with my ex husband. I want to get them out of the house as nobody is there to check on them. They could do anything to that house or take anything out of it at anytime. Do I need to give more than 3 days notice?

You need to evict him/her/them according to Florida Law - Guidelines for Florida Residential Eviction.

On a personal note - I'm so sorry you have this to contend with at such a difficult time.
