I'm not familiar with some of those ratios but the general way to solve stuff like this is to write down all of the equations involved. Then plug in the numbers you have, including answers to equations. Work towards what you don't have, which requires working backwards and sometimes maybe some basic algebra. Your accounting equation can come in handy as well.
