what is the equation of A=LXW for college math
I would like the equation and how to work it out
A=LXW how do I find the diameter
I had to Google that one, wondering what weirdo geometric shape uses an X.
It would help, if you want to keep using x for times, to please write it A = L x W.
And no need to keep posting the same thing over and over again.
A = L x W
A stands for Area
L stands for Length
W stands for Width.
The area of a rectangle is given by that formula.
If you want to find diameter from area, you need another formula.
Where pi, () is a constant having a value of approximately 3.14.
r is the radius of the circle.
The diameter is given by multiplying the radius by 2.
