If you haven't already, I'd definitely want DNA testing to be sure that you aren't the child's biological father. If you were sleeping with her around the time she conceived, there's always a chance that she's wrong. Also, you'd need to prove that you aren't the father or you will be responsible for paying child support if she has physical custody.
