We are in Tennessee. I am filing for divorce. Can I get my husband out of my home that I owned 3 years before our marriagel He says he is not leaving.

No you cant, you would have to get this decided in courts. Once you became married, that house became his as well! You would have had to sign a prenup for the house to be yours now

Please give a source for this info. Individual property does not automatically become joint property upon marriage.
