Can I legally avoid financial responsibility in NY to potential future child
Im in NY. My on again\ off again 40 year old girlfriend wants to be a MOM. I have no desire to be a DAD. She says she wants my baby and doesn't care raising it on her own. She has the financial resources. She rather have my sperm than a sperm bank or some random guy. Can I get a legal document stating that she will not seek out financial support BEFORE SHE GETS PREGNANT in the event I leave and don't stick around absolving me of financial responsibility? I never wanted kids, but want to help her out. I want to be covered in case she gets mad and changes her mind about absolving me of my responsibilities.

No, if you make a baby you pay for it.

Any man can be a father, but it takes a special person to be a dad.
