I'm separated from my wife for 4years she gets all my military retirement I give it to her because she has my 2 teen daughters, I also have pre-paid for there college education, and my wife wants the house in which there is 50,000 or more in equity in it, what gets me I'm a retired w-4 and no laws to protect the soldiers against the spouses from taking everything we have, my ex to be said she is entitled I have no problem paying for child support, but to come home from Iraq and be home not even 2 days after being there for a year to be thrown out of my house never to return is just not right. I worked hard fought for our country took care my family did what I had to do, to be now at my wits ends, with her attorney going after everything I have, well right now she's got it all, I lost my job, and what I have in my account is just about gone except the 401k I accumilated the last year and a half going to work after retiring from the army.

Can anyone suggest what rights I have? Attorneys have done nothing for me except take my money and run. Seems my ex to be has friends in high places in Clarksville TN, with her church, and the court system there does nothing to help the soldiers, I didn't want a divorce she did. How can I fight her when she's got all the support and I have nothing?
