OK... so I know so little about this movie, but I remember as a kid there was an old shop a young girl went to, and it was owned by an old woman, and there was something about books maybe or something coming to life... like a marionette and it would zoom in and it would be a live person doing a dance to the old woman's story... and I remember the marionette was a man... I want to say mr joe jangles... but I'm not sure... he was wearing green stripes? And doing a dance... the song I remember was something along the lines of mr joe jangles goes googly googly googly goo... and he made some weird expression and waved his arms like crazy... lol... and I also remember 2 other dolls or elves or something coming to life and hey were wearing rainbow colored outfits maybe... and playing on a seesaw..
and I know I sound crazy...
any help remembering the name to this insane movie is appreciated

After talking to my mom, I ssem to remember the girl was in the shop after school, and she was supposed to hurry home maybe... also, the old woman shop owner was probably the puppeteer, and it just zoomed in on her marionette (performed by live people in colse up) the pixies may have also been going down a slide...
