    Why does my knuckle throb.
    My knuckle on my right hand always looks swelled up and it hurts all the time.
    I can't hardly pick any thong up with that hand any more,
    I'm only 28 years old.

    You might have the starting of arthritis in that joint. If you can go to a doctor and get tested to see if you have RA or not as that is one of the first symptoms.
