I recenly received a court oder for child abandonment from Newton County, Georgia. We have court ordered visits in, Dekalb County, where I see my child almost every week. I am a few months behind on childsupport due to being laid off. I love my child and would never abandon her. What should I expect in court? Does she really have grounds to stand on?
