We both signed on the rental agreement with the landlord he is not paying

We both signed the rental agreement now he is not paying. What are my rights

Your rights are that you now owe the entire rent yourself. You can evict HIM and get someone else who will pay their share of the rent. Right now you just can't tell the landlord you're sorry but deadbeat won't/can't come up with his portion of the rent so please don't evict me. Won't work.
