Singapore bought some chocolates for JB. Invoice billed to JB not Spore. When it come make payment, Spore paid on behalf of JB. In JB book, debit purchase (RM2,200.00) with exchange rate, credit creditors. For Spore book, Debit other receivable (S$900.00), Credit bank. Spore billed to JB with RM2,105.00 based on another exchange rate. What double entries should I key in my JB book and how to offset my creditor account?

SG paid on behalf of JB

When it come to make payment,

Dr creditor, Credit interco-AP
Dr creditor, Cr AR
Dr Contra account, credit creditor
