I saw a movie back in the mid 90's where a young boy plays a card game which involves him trying to collect cards that eventually spell out a word, and he has to drive around the United States but the entire currency has become the game money. He drives a vintage red mustang throughout the movie. He goes through some things such as getting beat up by a couple of bikers and they force him to get some tattoos. He grows a beard even though he is a kid. Eventually at the end he figures out that its all a sham.
I've asked everyone about this movie and no one has been able to help me.
