    Motor for clock works but I don't seem to have to the pool motor this is swimming pool equipment

    Yes. Clock could be 120 volts, pool motor 240, and partial loss of voltage to the clock.

    Yes. The timer contacts my be burned out.

    The motor could be locked up from bad bearings or something else
