My 17 year old son was driver a friends car and was in a car accident. My son does not have a drivers license. I am collecting social security disability payments. Can this money be garnished in a lawsuit?

Why is he driving with no license? Whose fault is that?
No, your SSD money cannot be garnished but you could lose any of your assets in a judgment situation.
The friend that let him drive the car is also at fault... maybe try and discuss it with his friends family
Will insurance cover an accident if someone else is driving the vehicle with the owners permission when the driver has no drivers license
