OK, I am laughing, not at you

You posted this post in the wrong category, asking what category to use on craigslist.

    I have moved it.

But on craigs list, do a search for other treadmills for sell and see where most people are listing theirs. And post yours in the same area, since that is how people find them by seaching for a item.

You can review how others do their adds. Also be sure and use photos, they help a lot in getting calls

There's a whole mess of them listed under Sporting Goods.

NO, that is NOT what you asked. Where does it say on "askhelp"??

Your subject title says "which category do I use." See that? Right there in big bold print. There is no way any normal human being could possibly know you meant the category here as opposed to on Craigslist. Notice that even Fr_Chuck said "... asking what category to use on craigslist" -- seems to me it was the same interpretation as I made.

Sheesh! I've seen bad neg's, but that is without a doubt THE worst excuse for one I have ever seen, so you win the gold for most idiotic negative. You're not a complete newb - you should know better.

jammy23 disagrees : not my question, I may not have been clear but the ans above is more like it... it was where do I post on askhelp to get info on an ad for craigslis
Three people interpreted your question the same way. All the people that responded to your thread. If you refuse to make your question clear then how can we answer it properly?

Also, the negative rating is only for factually incorrect answers. Morgaine answered your question and did so accurately. It's you that messed up, not us.

Now your question is in the right category and you got advice on how to post on Craigslist. I think you owe Morgaine an apology.

    Hi, jammy23!

In answer to your above, original question, it's easy to be able to do it safely.

However, if you want an ad on craiglist.org to be noticed outside of craigslist.org for when people do searches for things on the Internet, you'll need to be using certain keywords and phrases in the ad.

That is something with which I can help you to accomplish. However, please don't use the rating system to reply to questions, comments or answers here.

For instance, I've just posted about trying to and being able to help you. That is something that I'm very capable of doing, and have also proven being able to do that on a number of threads concerning advertising on the Internet.

To rate me for something like that, would thus, not be justified.

    Thanks!

Do you mean someone like me? How do you like my box for the quote?

    Thanks!

I didn't know you were small enough to fit inside the computer.

I think your box looks different than my box, so we must have different little men. After all, being so little, they can only handle so many computers at once.
