I have a ONE shower valve to control Hot & Cold water temperatures.

Just recently, I would have to place it at 1pm position to get hot water, now I have to place it at an 11am position to get HOT water.

Why is that and can it be fixed?:confused:

Usually hot is left and cold is right. So looking straight at it there is no surprise that you get "hot" going to 11 o'clock position. The 1 o'clock position would be cold side of the faucet.
