    Third degree theft, possession of stolen items and having stolen items on vehicle, stolen item was worth $600.
    It's a first offense

    If you received these charges after you were 18, and there was no plea agreement and no first offender program agreeing to seal them or dismiss them after a certain amount of probation, then no.

    Any deal to dismiss or explunge any record would have to be done prior to the sentence.

    You can after a number of years ( normally 8) ask the court to seal them after you show a clean record and show you have changed your life
