My washer machine works but the drum makes a loud sound when spinning and want to know if any one knows what the problem is thanks .

Will need more info Lizzie. Top loader, front loader, model. Even how old.

Its not whirl I thought it was it a candy make washesher and I've found out what the problem is thanks its now my dryer that I'm not having luck with as it powers and drys clothes its just I have spin the drum for it to start instead of it starting when close door . My dryer 2 year old and it's a whiteknight dryer thanks
