My name is Rachel , I'm 17, and I live in Kentucky. For years, I have been searching for my sister, but to no avail. She and I are only connected by our idiot father, Allen I have never met her. I don't know what she looks like. All I know is a maiden name, the state she used to live in, and an approximate age that I pasted together from old documents. I have asked Allen numerous times to help me find her, but all he ever told me was that she hates me and wants me dead. It is also important to note that my father is a chronic liar. He won't even give me a picture of her. It seems completely hopeless. I can't get close enough to my father's computer for a short period to hack in and see if there are any traces of her on his hard drive. Does anyone know a way I can find her?

He does have siblings, but I've never met anyone on his side of the family. He would never allow me to. Yes, he was married to her mother.

Public records is a great way to start. Look for the mother. Run her name in marriage and divorce records and property tax records in the last known county she was at.
