    2009 tax return H1-B and F1
I have been in US since Aug 2006 on F1 visa. I graduated on Dec 21 2009 and got my H1-B visa on Dec 21 2009. For 2006, 2007 and 2009 I filled 1040NR from. Should I fill the same form for 2009. Am I eligible for itemized deductions (moving expense,. ) filling 1040NR form?

    Thanks.

Yes, you will file nonresident tax return and Form 8843 for 2009.
Moving expenses are not itemized deduction. You can claim moving expenses if you meet the requirements. It is deductible even when you do not itemize deductions. Complete Form 3903. Your U.S. Tax Return: Moving Expenses
