Are you attempting to do the timing belt yourself?
I have the manual in front of me and can attach a file, but first would like to know how it stopped running.
Was it just going out to start one morning, or while driving? Any history of repairs? Was a t-belt just recently done somewhere?
The more info you can give, the better.

Car was running just fine, until we replace the timing belt, water pump, oil pan gasket, camshaft and crankshaft seals... Now the car won't start. Its not the battery either. Help!

Looks like you need to go back in and look for what was done wrong. Which something obviously was because it was running fine before.
If the tensioner was pushed back to quickly, it could have been damaged and now it's too weak causing the belt to slip several teeth. With the timing marks off, it'll never start.
The cam pulleys also need to be placed correctly. If they were swapped accidentally, then the belt could have walked off.
I've attempted to attach a file but it's too large for this site so supply your email address and I will send it to you.
It will show how the marks should be lined up and pay close attn to the tensioner check.
