This movie is about a cheating husband, the actor looks like judd nelson and the female actress looks like Sigourney Weaver but I'm not sure. But anyway... he tried to kill her but failed, he thought she was dead but she wasn't and so when he was on his yacht with another woman, the wife was hiding on top of the yacht. And somewhere in the movie, she managed to trap him in his yacht by nailing the door shut, and she sank the yacht. This is probably a 90's movie.
