I have been trying to find out information on a natural product called PN-6 and another called 5W. The Doula that runs the birthclass my husband and I are attending had mentioned them in passing but never explained much.
My question is to anyone who has heard anything about them or used them themselves. I am just curious to know how well they actually work and if it is worth purchasing and using them. Since I am planning on using no medications or interventions BUT will be giving birth at a hospital I want to be able to help my body cope in the most effective and natural way.

If anyone has any other suggestions that are "supposed to" help shorten labor please let me know.

I would be skeptical that these herbs would actually benefit you. It's probably a waste of money at best, or you could be allergic and have a negative reaction at worst.
