My kenmore electric dryer model # 110.63912100 won't get hot while running. What could be the problem?

What kind of ventilation are you getting? Turn on dryer and go outside to vent. If it is not strong, when is the last time you opened the cabinet and vacumed(please unplug first). Are you using a rigid vent or the plastic material? Is it getting warm, but not hot?
