Not possible.
You would need to go on an EXTREME weight lose program, that at your age would be dangerous.
You can't. A combination of clean diet (fresh fruit and veg, oily fish, eggs, wholegrains, no junk, fried or sugary food), enough sleep and plenty of exercise will make you look a whole lot better in a month.
There is a man at my gym who lost 40kg in two months. He exercised 2 hrs a day, ate healthy, no junk food, one small servings of carbs a week, protein shakes, no sugary filled junk food/soft drinks. He is much happier now. If you want to lose the weight, set your mind to it and you can do it! Think NIKE (Just do it!)...
I bet he wasn't 60kg when he started though.
