Hi all:
Great info. By Suhari...
There is no max. or min. on requirement of cleanouts.
A main drain cleanout is required at 18-24" of the foundation... can be inside or outside the foundation. Cleanouts are also required at the base of all waste stacks, or just prior to the waste stack entering the concrete floor/slab. Cleanouts are also required before any waste pipe enters into a concrete slab.. at least in my area. Cleanouts are also required at all change of directions that exceed 45 degrees, but this is selective as some changes in direction are not accessible and do not fall under this requirement.
Wait for Speedball1 to post on this... he is from your area... O.K?

In the Tampa Bay Area each building shall have a cleanout located 18" from the foundation , and brought to grade, where the building main exits the building. So if there were 16 units and one main exiting the building there would one cleanout per building. Does this answer your question? TomQuote:
