I have completed the eviction process but the tenants property is still in my house. I am reluctant to let them come in to claim their stuff. I was told that I can put their things on the curb. What is the legal time frame for this? Days? Weeks? A month? What counts as efforts to accomplish this? Am I responsible for any damage of loss (dumpster divers) to their goods?
