Sometimes I get dizzy when I'm stressed. I don't know if its so much the stress that makes me dizzy or that I don't pay much attention to what I'm eating (and drinking) or if I'm eating when I'm that stressed. If I don't stay hydrated or start eating too much junk food and not enough real food I get dizzy.

Having stress can cause many symptoms that could be exhibited physically.

When is it that you're feeling dizzy, please?

    Thanks!

I get dizzy often, each time I begin to feel a lot of stress. Especially right now. I am now feeling an extreme amount of stress, and I'm extremely dizzy
