I am preparing my own divorce. I need to know if a TimeShare is Real Property or Personal Property. I do not own the property and I pay annually. Please help.

It's a little bit of both. You "own" the timeshare and you split the expenses. Another way to look at it is as if you owned stock except in this case it is secured by real property. And in your dues that you pay for it your paying property tax correct? You should be receiving a statement showing where the money went.
