Is it against the law to be dating a 15 year old and be a 19 year old with parental consent and are waiting for legal age for sexual activities

The laws only deal with sexual activity. However, the difference between 19 and 15 is huge. And it sounds like your interest is sex which it should not be. I also have to wonder at parents that would approve this relationship.

From what you have explained. Yes it IS illegal. So you need to move on to your own age group.

Here is the problem I have. And why I say its illegal. From the OP's words they are putting off having sex. So it might be safe to think that at some point they talked about it. In talking about it and her being a minor that would be illegal. All states that Im aware of still have on the books contributing to the delinquincy of a minor. They only real way to be charged with that crime is for one party NOT to be a minor. SO unless there is this puritan thing going on that is so squeeky clean it's a throwback to the 50's then I still and will every time say it is illegal. Even being out after a cerfew as innocent as it can be could land the guy in jail. So why take a chance. If your going to make the sex ed argument then realize that it is in a school setting and they have to have permission slips for it to go on. I doubt this young man told the girls mother hey I want to date your daughter and by the way we are waiting to have sex till she is 16. So until laws change there is too much that can contribute to the delinquincy of a minor going on.

Why would someone of your age choose an emotionally unstable, immature child who is still growing up, as a partner, instead of someone your own age who is more mature and knows what they want in a relationship?

You would be with someone your own age if you weren't in it for the sex. Giving that you stated you're ''waiting to have sex until legal age''.

It is illegal, and even when she is 16, you'd still be having sex with a CHILD. There's nothing to be proud of for that.

So I advice you just move on to someone in your own age group. At her age she'll probably have another boyfriend in a few days and tell the world how much she loves him.

No it does not work like that, she can not legally ever be ready till she is legal age, so she can say it is OK, her mom can say it is OK, but if she is not of legal age, sex will end you up in jail.

And I will be direct, you know as a 19 year old, you are going to want to have sex, that is about all on 19 year old minds.
